Signature Massage

Every Body is unique! At Sacred Elements, we celebrate individuality and recognize not every body has the same body work needs. Each session begins with a thorough intake to develop session goals and utilizes multiple modalities (i.e Deep tissue, Swedish, Light touch therapy) to achieve maximum results.

60 Min 100 or 90 Min 130

Deep Tissue/Trigger point

Deep tissue/trigger point therapy targets the deeper layers of muscle, fascia, or connective tissues. This therapy focuses on releasing chronic patterns of tension, relieving chronic pain, working out muscular knots, and breaking up adhesions, or scar tissue. This treatment typically focuses on specific areas, and may leave you a bit sore. Usually, you will notice immediate improvement, but it may require several sessions to correct chronic holding patterns within the body.

60 Min 130 or 90 Min 160

Light Touch Therapy/Acutherapy

This therapy uses a light touch, and can be done when other modalities of massage are contraindicationed. Using a light touch over specific points of the body’s musculature, a deep state of relaxation can be achieved as well as release of muscular tension and relief of pain.

Canine Massage

Canine massage promotes health in dogs. Specifically, canine massage therapy is a form of alternative therapy the benefits of which may include relaxation, increased oxygenation, relief from pain, improved joint flexibility, as well as miscellaneous benefits to the immune system. It uses touch to maintain or improve both physical and emotional well-being.  Canine massage can be offered for relaxation, rehabilitation, or competition – “sports massage”.

  • Pain relief: It is well known that massage therapy reduces and relieves muscle tension in humans, and it can do the same for horses.

  • Improved locomotor function: Massage can be a valuable addition to a rehabilitation program.

  • Improved circulation: The compression and release pattern of equine massage can help promote circulation in the superficial areas of the limbs. It’s particularly useful for stallbound horses that develop lower leg edema by promoting blood and lymph circulation.
